1. Who we are

Victory Vault is a sports consulting service operating from Canada. We publish free sports betting selections in our Telegram channel and sell pre-built parlay cards through this site. Contact: @wizherd on Telegram.

2. Who can buy

You must be of legal betting age where you live: 19+ in Ontario, 18+ or 21+ elsewhere depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you are. We do not accept customers who are excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion program or by law.

3. What you are buying

You are buying information: our selections, the odds we took them at, and our reasoning. You are not buying a bet. We do not place bets for you, we do not hold your money, and we never have access to your sportsbook account or your funds.

Our selections are opinions based on research. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or a prediction of a certain outcome. Sports betting involves risk. Only stake what you can afford to lose.

4. Delivery

After payment, the confirmation page asks you to screenshot it and send it to @wizherd on Telegram. We confirm your purchase against our records and send your picks directly. We aim to deliver within minutes and always before the first game of the card starts.

If you have paid and not received your picks before the first game starts, message us. If we cannot deliver before that game begins, you get a full refund.

5. The guarantee

This is the section that matters, so it is spelled out completely.

If a parlay you bought from us loses, we send you free recovery plays until you are in profit on that purchase. Recovery plays are shorter odds and higher confidence than the card that lost, and we tell you what to stake on each one.

How it works in practice:

• Message us on Telegram within 7 days of your card settling as a loss to start your recovery.
• We send recovery plays with a recommended stake on each one. They are free. You never pay again to be made whole.
• "In profit" means your winnings from the recovery plays we send have covered the price you paid us for the losing card.
• If you are not in profit within 5 days of the first recovery play being sent, message us and we refund the full purchase price of that card.

What the guarantee requires from you: that you actually place the recovery plays at the stakes we give you. We cannot guarantee a result for plays that were not placed, or that were staked differently than advised. If you choose not to follow the recovery plays, the refund backstop in this section still applies. You simply tell us and we refund the purchase price.

What the guarantee is not: it is not a promise that any individual bet will win. Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you. It is a promise about our work: that we keep working for you until you are square, and that if we cannot get you there in five days, you get your money back.

6. Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following apply:

• The guarantee window closes without you reaching profit, as described in section 5.
• We fail to deliver your picks before the first game of the card starts.
• You were charged in error, or charged twice.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Request one by messaging @wizherd with the email or card used.

Refunds are not given simply because a card lost. A losing card triggers the guarantee in section 5, not an automatic refund. That is what the recovery plays are for. Refunds are also not given once picks have been delivered and the games have started, except under the circumstances listed above.

7. Your side of it

Picks are for your personal use. Reselling, redistributing or publicly posting the selections you buy from us ends your access without a refund. Screenshots of your own results are always welcome. That is not what this is about.

Be civil in our DMs. We answer every message and we expect the same in return.

8. Results and claims

The figures we publish are counts of individual selections, not parlays, and are drawn from our public posting record. Free-play strike rate is measured across 1,826 recorded legs. Past results do not promise future results, which is exactly why we post every play and every result publicly rather than only the winners.

9. Responsible gambling

Betting should be entertainment you can afford. Set a bankroll, stake in units, and never chase losses. If betting has stopped being fun, or you are betting money you need: ConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600 (Ontario), or the Canada Safety Council's problem gambling resources.

If you ask us to stop selling to you, we will, permanently, no questions asked.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as new products are added. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
